Quanta offers a unique maintenance program to ensure that installed systems continue to operate throughout their full expected life-cycle with minimum downtime and operational disruptions. This service is based on years of hands-on experience with each of the hardware and software items we design into the systems and is supported by a modern computer-based logistics program. Each integration and installation project will include a maintenance package for both the product warranty period and for subsequent operations beyond the warranty period.
We also undertake maintenance programs for equipments installed by other firms. This comprehensive program begins with a detailed site survey and preparation of complete as-installed documentation of the existing system. Following the site survey, we provide a proposal for system upgrades as may be required to restore the system to its original operating design specifications. Once the system is restored to optimum operation, we establish a program of periodic inspections and preventive maintenance sessions. This process is designed to identify trouble spots in systems before they reach failure points and thereby create unplanned outages. Maintenance sessions for critical components are scheduled to minimize downtime during normal operating hours. A project-specific 24/7 telephone call service is available for emergency repairs.
